Before using Docland Service, please carefully read our Privacy Policy, and in case of agreement, put a mark in the corresponding window during registration on the Docland Service.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, registration means sending an application or messages by you for the provision of information or other services of the Service or any other activities related to the transfer of any personal information by you on the Docland Service, including, but not limited to, e-mail, phone, surname, first name.

If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy (in full or in part), you cannot use the Docland Service and you are not granted the rights and obligations of the Docland Service User.

Having registered on the Docland Service, you unconditionally agree that the use of the Service is governed by this Privacy Policy and the User Agreement.

You have the right to refuse using the Docland Service and to withdraw your consent to the processing and storage of your personal data by a written request to the Service Administration at any time.

We believe that confidentiality is a fundamental right, therefore we carefully approach the collection, processing and storage of personal data of our Users, and we will tell you about this process in detail in this Privacy Policy.

1.DEFINITIONS

Personal data is any information related to an individual whose identity is established or whose identity can be established by direct identification (for example, full name) and indirect identification (for example, special information explaining that the data refers to a specific person), including, but not limited to, network identifiers (for example, IP addresses, mobile device identifiers) and location data.

Data for the purposes of this Privacy Policy means personal data and other confidential information, including, but not limited to, the health status of the User (special categories of personal data) or another person provided by the User when registering and using the Docland Service.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1.This Privacy Policy regulates the confidentiality and inviolability of personal data and other information that LLC DOCLAND (OGRN 1167746192151, a legal entity incorporated and registered in the Russian Federation) (hereinafter referred to as we, the Service Administration, the Docland Service) receives from users (hereinafter referred to as you, the User).

2.2.This Privacy Policy is developed on the basis of:

General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR;

The Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and the Protocols thereto;

Federal Law of the Russian Federation “On Personal Data.”

3.WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT, STORE AND PROCESS?

3.1.When registering with the Docland Service, you agree to the processing of the following Personal Data:

full name;

e-mail;

contact phone;

other confidential information, including, but not limited to, the health status of the User or another person (hereinafter also referred to as a special category of personal data), which is requested to be indicated in a special form on the Docland Service.

3.2.We collect, store and process only the information that is necessary to ensure the functioning of the Service in accordance with the purposes of its creation and the proper provision by the Service of information and analytical services for the search for doctors and/or medical institutions of the required specialization, qualification, work experience.

4.FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE COLLECT YOUR DATA?

4.1.The Service Administration processes the User’s personal data, including a special category of personal data for a purpose of:

4.2.1.providing the User with the services of the Docland Service, including, but not limited to, information and analytical services for the search for doctors and/or medical institutions of the required specialization, qualification, work experience;

4.2.2.receipt by the User of personalized (targeted) information and advertising; verification, research and analysis of such data, allowing to maintain and improve services and sections of the Service, as well as the development of new services and sections of the Docland Service;

4.2.3.Establishing a database of Users of the Docland Service.

5.HOW WE COLLECT YOUR DATA?

5.2.The Data is collected automatically when you register and use the Service and Docland Services, as well as when filling out the forms you are offered on the Docland Service and/or when you download documents to our Service containing your Data or Data of other users.

5.3.Personal data and other confidential information of the User are processed using the hardware and software of the Docland Service.

6.HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

6.2.The User’s data is stored during the period of provision of information and analytical services to the User by the Docland Service.

6.3.We immediately stop processing special categories of personal data if the reasons for which processing was carried out are eliminated unless otherwise established by federal law.

6.4.We can delete the data provided by you at any time at your written request by means of feedback channels on our Service.

6.5.Since the moment you request to delete your Data, including if you have withdrawn your agreement with the terms of this Privacy Policy and/or the User Agreement, the Docland Service Administration undertakes to delete all Data provided by you during the registration on and/or use of the Service from its databases, except for those that were transferred by you to other Users of the Service, as well as those Data, the storage of which requires applicable law, including but not limited to the purpose of accounting and tax returns of the Docland Service, and only within the time prescribed by law.

6.6.Since deletion of your Data, including if you have withdrawn your agreement with the terms of this Privacy Policy and/or the User Agreement, you do not have the right to use the Docland Service before re-registration on it.

7.WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?

7.2.You have the right to access your Data provided to us or using our Service, at any time, except for cases of technical failures or in other cases that are beyond the control of the Docland Service Administration.

7.3.You can change, fix, supplement or delete your personal data contained in the Service databases at any time by informing the Service Administration by means of feedback channels on our Service.

7.4.You have the right to lodge a complaint with us or with the authorized body about the breach of your rights to protect personal data.

7.5.You have the right to withdraw at any time your agreement with the terms of this Privacy Policy and to prohibit us to use your Data by deleting the mark in the appropriate Docland Service window in which you agreed to the processing of your Data when registering or by notifying the Docland Service Administration by means of feedback channels on our Service.

7.6.You may choose to provide any information about yourself to third persons when using the Docland Service. This information is regarded as public, and therefore we are not liable for the consequences of such actions.

7.7.You have the right to acquire your personal data provided to the Docland Service in a structured, readable and understandable format, including machine-readable format, and transfer this data to a third person.

8.WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR DATA ON THE DOCLAND SERVICE?

8.2.By agreeing with this Privacy Policy, you unreservedly agree that the Data provided by you when registering with and/or using the Docland Service will be available to the Docland Service Administration, its authorized representatives, Docland Service personnel and contractors, as well as to other Docland Service Users, to which you or we gave access, and only for the purpose of obtaining/providing services of the Docland Service.

8.3.Processing of a special category of your personal data is carried out by a person professionally engaged in medical activities and who is required to preserve doctor-patient confidentiality in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

8.4.The Docland Service Administration, its authorized representatives, Docland Service personnel and contractors, as well as other Docland Service Users who have access to the Data that they need to provide/receive services or to ensure the operation of the Docland Service are required to comply with the confidentiality of this information, and also professional secret, and do not have the right to use the Data provided by you for any other purposes.

9.WHEN DO WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO TRANSFER YOUR DATA TO OTHER PERSONS?

9.2.We do not transfer the Data or other confidential information of the User to third persons without the consent of the owner, except for the following cases:

9.2.1.such Data transfer is necessary for the provision of services by the Docland Service;

9.2.2.if this is required to comply with applicable laws, norms of international law, the fulfillment of legitimate requests and reasoned claims of judicial, law enforcement and other authorized bodies.

9.3.We are entitled without your consent to transfer your data to the state bodies, including the bodies of inquiry and pre-trial investigation, and to local government bodies only at their reasoned request, on the basis of a court decision, and in accordance with the applicable law.

9.4.Using Docland Service, you accept and expressly agree that we can transfer your data obtained during registration on the Docland Service or in connection with your use of the Docland Service outside the country of your registration to the appropriate doctors and/or medical institutions, as well as to servers supporting the work of the Docland Service, including, but not limited to, for storing Data in the relevant databases of the Docland Service.

9.5.Personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation are stored on servers located in the territory of the Russian Federation.

10.WHAT ARE OUR GUARANTEES?

10.2.We undertake to conscientiously store your Data provided by you when using the Docland Service and take every precaution to protect your data from loss, leak, misuse, unauthorized distribution or amendment.

10.3.In case of a leak, loss or detection of violations in the processing or protection of your personal data, we undertake to notify you immediately and the supervisory authority within 72 hours if this breach threatens human rights and freedoms.

10.4.We undertake to notify each recipient, to which your personal data was disclosed with your consent and with the help of Docland Service about any correction or deletion of personal data by you or restriction of data processing if this is possible or does not involve disproportionate efforts.

10.5.By agreeing with this Privacy Policy, you acknowledge that you understand and realize that there are no absolutely safe ways to transfer data via the Internet or to subsequently store it in a digital form. Thus, in spite of all our exertions, we cannot guarantee the absolute protection of the Data received by the Docland Service from you.

10.6.We are not liable for the consequences that may occur due to the loss of or your failure to ensure the confidentiality of your data, or gaining unauthorized access by third persons to your personal data and other confidential information stored on the Docland Service through your fault or negligence.

10.7.We do our best to minimize the risk of unauthorized access to personal data and confidential information, as well as the risk of its improper use, but we are not liable for any access to such information by third persons through your fault or with your consent.

11.WHAT ARE YOUR OBLIGATIONS?

11.2.You undertake not to post personal data of other persons on the Docland Service without their consent (including but not limited to e-mail addresses or contacts by which you can identify their owner). You are personally liable for posting and provision of personal data on the Docland Service, including special categories of personal data and other confidential information of other persons without their consent.

11.3.You undertake not to use the personal data and other confidential information of other Users of the Docland Service in any manner that does not comply with applicable legislation, for unlawful purposes, for the purpose of obtaining an undue advantage, and for other purposes that do not correspond to the purposes of the Docland Service operation or that are contrary to the rights and interests of the subjects of such data.

11.4.The User understands, agrees and guarantees that information that the User provides to the Service and/or through the Docland Service to third persons, including relevant doctors and/or medical institutions, cannot:

11.4.1.be false, inaccurate or misleading;

11.4.2.promote fraud, deception or abuse of trust;

11.4.3.violate or encroach on the property of a third person, person’s professional secret or person’s right to privacy;

11.4.4.call for the commission of a crime, and also stir up ethnic strife;

11.4.5.contain information that offends someone’s honor, dignity or business reputation, slander or threats to anyone;

11.4.6.be obscene, or have a pornographic or erotic meaning;

11.4.7.contain computer viruses, as well as other computer programs aimed, in particular, at causing harm, unauthorized intrusion, covert interception or data misappropriation;

11.4.8.contain materials of an advertising nature;

11.4.9.otherwise violate applicable legislation.

11.5.You agree to use all information obtained through the Service, including personal data, in accordance with applicable legislation, including the laws of the country or region in which you reside or in which you use the Docland Service.

11.6.In the event that you become aware of a breach of this Privacy Policy by another person, you must immediately notify the Docland Service Administration.

12.HOW ARE THE COOKIES FILES USED?

12.2.A cookie file is a small piece of a text file that is sent to the browser from our Service or another site that you visited. It helps the site to remember information about you, for example, in which language you prefer to view it.

12.3.Cookies allow Docland Service, including but not limited to, identify you as the User of our Service; personalize the delivery of information to you, check the status of your session when using our Service.

12.4.You have the right to refuse the use of cookies, in which case some of the functions of the Docland Service may not be available.

12.5.You can always delete all cookies by selecting the appropriate setting in your browser.

13.FINAL PROVISIONS

13.2.If you do not fully understand the Privacy Policy, you have the right to contact the Administration for the clarifications you need before using Docland Service. By registering on the Service and accepting the terms of this Privacy Policy, you acknowledge that you understand all the provisions of this Privacy Policy and you have received all necessary clarifications from the Docland Service Administration.

13.3.We are not liable for any damage or loss incurred by anyone due to a misunderstanding of or failure to understand this Privacy Policy, instructions or directions on how to use the Docland Service.

13.4.In the event that any provision of this Privacy Policy is recognized invalid, its other provisions will remain effective, but this does not invalidate this Privacy Policy.

13.5.In the future, due to the expansion or change in the functions of the Docland Service, as well as the change in the procedure for its provision, this Privacy Policy will be amended. We will notify you about such changes in the Privacy Policy by posting the appropriate message on the Service web page.

13.6.All amendments to this Privacy Policy will be available in the form of its new version published on the Docland Service. In any case, when using the Docland Service, you agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy in the version applicable at the time you use the Docland Service.

13.7.In the event that the provisions of various language versions of this Privacy Policy will be interpreted in a different way, the version of the Privacy Policy in Russian will prevail.
