Usually solved problems are described as follows: THAT at the patient (what diagnosis) AS to it to help (to choose what treatment treatment) HOW to warn the birth of sick posterity (methods of genetic forecasting are used and the program of prevention is developed).
On the basis of clinical methods of researches the hypothesis of possible hereditary diseases which are confirmed or excluded by laboratory researches is formulated.
